These terms govern your use of hymnalandreign.com and your purchases from Hymnal & Reign, a brand of Malnik Corporation. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy, and we may accept or decline it. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or an item that is unavailable.

You are responsible for any sales tax that applies, which is calculated at checkout.

Items marked as a preorder are charged when you order and ship within the time stated on the product page and at checkout. If we cannot meet that time, we will notify you and offer the choice to keep your order or cancel for a full refund.

Payments are handled by Stripe. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

We try to display our garments and colors as accurately as possible, but actual products may vary slightly from photos and screen colors. Size charts are a guide only.

The Hymnal & Reign name, logo, artwork, designs, photography, and site content are owned by or licensed to Malnik Corporation and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Buying a garment does not give you any right to reproduce its artwork.

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it for unlawful purposes.

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in our policies, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malnik Corporation and its owners, officers, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
