Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses that USPS can deliver to. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping is free on every order. The price you see is the price you pay, plus any sales tax that applies to your order.

Our current drop is a preorder. Garments are produced after you order, and your order ships within 2 weeks of the date you place it. If we expect to miss that date, we will email you and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Once your order ships, delivery by USPS typically takes 3 to 7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Busy seasons, weather, and carrier delays can add time.

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order at any time on our order tracking page with your order number and email.

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@hymnalandreign.com right away and we will try to correct it before your order ships. We cannot change an address after an order has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-send it once the shipping cost is covered.

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your package arrives damaged, email support@hymnalandreign.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include a photo. We will work with you and the carrier to resend or refund your order, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
