Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email support@hymnalandreign.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover the shipping. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Email support@hymnalandreign.com with your order number to start a return and we will send instructions.

Because each garment is made to order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping on returns and exchanges that are not due to an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked service, because we cannot refund packages that are lost on the way back to us.

Size exchanges are welcome. Once we receive your original item, we will ship the new size at no additional shipping charge, subject to availability.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. After we receive and inspect a returned item, we issue the refund within 5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post it. Original shipping charges, if any, are refunded only when the return is due to an error on our part.

We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Email support@hymnalandreign.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet gone into production we can cancel it or change the size for you. Once production has started, an order can no longer be cancelled, but the return and exchange terms above still apply.

Screens display color differently, and printed garments can vary slightly from batch to batch. Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
